1. Introduction

Sharewell is a content-based community platform designed to connect seekers with Fellowship Guides. Our platform allows users to share knowledge, inspire growth, and contribute meaningfully to society through structured content and leadership.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Each role (Seeker, Fellowship Guide, Temple) requires a separate account registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• A unique email address is required for each account

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you post on the platform
• You must not post content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• You must not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• You must comply with all applicable platform guidelines and code of conduct

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they post on Sharewell. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use any content you post, and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Fellowship Guide Responsibilities

• Fellowship Guides must share knowledge-based content (Thoughts, Images, Videos)
• Guides must maintain quality, authentic, and value-driven content
• Guides must follow platform guidelines and code of conduct
• Guides must stay active and consistent in their selected focus area
• Guides must complete the Fellowship Guide form after account creation

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited on Sharewell:

• Posting harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content without authorization
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Engaging in illegal activities
• Attempting to manipulate or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Collecting or storing personal information about other users without consent

7. Payment & Refund Terms

Payments made for Fellowship Guide content are processed securely through our platform.

Payments once successfully processed are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed only in the following cases:

• Duplicate transactions
• Technical payment errors
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

Refunds will not be granted for change of mind after purchase, dissatisfaction after accessing content, or issues caused by the user's device or internet connection.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Posting prohibited content
• Engaging in illegal or harmful activities
• Non-compliance with platform guidelines

9. Limitation of Liability

Sharewell is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
